Balance Portal — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Balance Portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Balance Portal.

2. Who can use Balance Portal

Balance Portal is intended for:

• Current employees of Balance, for internal HR, finance, and operations purposes
• Job candidates, solely for the purpose of reviewing and responding to an offer or completing onboarding steps

3. Account responsibility

If you are an employee with portal access, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Balance Portal for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access data or accounts that do not belong to you
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Balance Portal

5. Offers and onboarding

If you receive an offer or onboarding link through Balance Portal, the information presented is provided for your review. Submitting a response (such as accepting or declining an offer) constitutes your formal response to that offer, subject to any separate written employment agreement.

6. No warranty

Balance Portal is provided on an "as is" basis. While we aim to keep information accurate and the platform available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Balance shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Balance Portal.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Balance Portal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
